All Phase Electrical Service, Inc. was founded by Robert “Bobby” Lemoine in 1983. Prior to establishing All Phase, he served as operations manager for Acadiana Electrical Service for nine years. Carl Menard, vice president and service manager, joined All Phase in 1987. We maintain a skilled crew of over 30 employees with 70% working with the company for at least ten years. Over the past 20 years, All Phase maintained steady and sustainable growth.

Carl has been a staple of All Phase since 1988. As the Vice President of Operations, he manages the electrical service division and production division. He specializes in Motor, VFD, Soft Start, and Pump System Controls. He also supports satellite call-out systems.

Bobby Completed Technical school at TH Harris in Opelousas and also completed several business courses at The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He then worked as the operation and project manager at Acadiana Electrical Service from 1976 to the closure of the company. This previous experience allowed him to become knowledgeable of NEC code and all wiring methods. In 1983, Bobby took the opportunity to start All Phase Electrical Service. All Phase took over the previously established customer base, providing the same services that were provided at Acadiana Electrical Service. Bobby has always believed that the best way to have a successful business is to provide quality service with a competitive price. He enjoys developing long lasting relationships with customers. He has developed the ability to engineer and lay out projects to get a quality installation with a competitive price and also done in accordance with the NEC guidelines. Last but not least, Bobby can recognize talent and works with employees to provide them with what is needed to excel.

A staple of All Phase Electric Service, Carl is the Vice president and service manager. He joined All Phase at the inception in 1987.
